How does Hello Retail work?¶

With your permission, Hello Retail collects on-site behavioral data during visits. We analyze this data to build individual affinity profiles for your webshop visitors. These profiles drive personalized content across Recommendations, Search, Triggered Emails, and Pages, so each visitor experiences a tailored site.
