How to Re-Synchronize the product feed

This guide explains how to manually re-synchronize your product feed.


Manually updating your product feed lets you import recent changes immediately, such as price updates, availability, or attribute changes.

This is useful during peak campaigns such as Singles Day, Black Friday and Cyber Monday.


The following steps show how to re-synchronize or update your product feed manually:

  1. Start by logging into your Hello Retail account. On the dashboard view, navigate to the left-hand side menu. Under the Configuration section, click on Data Setup to unfold the drop-down menu.
  2. Next, from the drop-down menu, click on Overview.
  3. From the Data Setup Overview window, click on Product data. When the box unfolds, click on See feeds.
  4. Click on the Re-synchronize products now button.
  5. This queues a resynchronization job and shows a progress indicator. When the indicator completes, the latest feed content has been imported. Processing time depends on catalog size.
