Insights Overview

Hello Retail Insights keeps you updated on trends and events affecting your webshop. Insights are generated from continuous data analysis, not static best practices.

Insights are grouped into:

  • Actionable:

Highlights issues or opportunities in your webshop and prompts specific actions to improve performance.

  • Informational:

Provides data on recent e-commerce trends, customer behavior, revenue, and other signals to support decisions.

When you log into your webshop as a supervisor, you will see a teaser pop-up at the bottom of the page. This teaser relates to the first Insight in your current list.

Clicking on the teaser redirects you to the Dashboard, where you can see the Insights. 

Insights are generated every 7 days and listed from newest to oldest. The goal is to show the most valuable items without overloading you.

Only five Insights are shown on the page, and you can see the total number on the Dashboard sidebar.

Your feedback helps us deliver more relevant Insights.

To do that, you have the Feedback button so that you can send us an email.

You can also click on thumbs up or down for each Insight. After you rate it, the Insight moves to the Archive, and a new one appears in the Open tab.

For Actionable Insights (for example, a suggestion to add a synonym), you can perform the suggested action directly from the Insights section. When you complete it, the Insight moves to the Archive, and another one appears in the Open tab.

Note

If another user completes an Actionable Insight for your account, it is no longer actionable. You will see a completion notice and can only rate it with thumbs up or down.

From the Archive, you can see the earlier Insights moved there after your feedback or action.

Note

When new Insights are available, items in the Open tab are replaced. All previous Insights remain available in the Archive tab.
