About Personal Data & Privacy¶

Hello Retail data is stored in databases hosted by our ISO-certified, PCI- and SOC-compliant partner in Ireland (find more info here).

Customers who create a Hello Retail Wishlist account must provide personal information such as name and email address. They may also provide additional personal information such as date of birth, phone number, and preferred language.

For business partners, Hello Retail tracks visitors on the partner website using a unique identifier stored in a cookie. For each unique visitor, Hello Retail records pages viewed, products purchased, and products added to carts, as well as the IP address and user agent for the current session. Where available, the email address associated with a visitor is also stored.
