Trigger Types

This page introduces the four Triggered Emails triggers available in Hello Retail.

Each section provides a short overview and links to a detailed setup guide.

Abandoned Cart

The Abandoned cart trigger allows you to send email notifications to visitors who leave items in the cart without completing checkout.

To enable this trigger, your webshop must track carts so Hello Retail can capture cart contents and identify the visitor.

If you are using Magento, WooCommerce or PrestaShop – the Hello Retail integrations include cart tracking by default.

If you wish to read more about setting up the abandoned cart trigger then you can read this guide here

Price Drop

The Price drop trigger notifies customers when products they previously showed interest in decrease in price.

Hello Retail automatically tracks individual product interest and monitors price changes in your product catalog. When a tracked product price drops, an email can be sent to the relevant customer.

Back in Stock

The Back in stock trigger notifies customers when a product they viewed while out of stock becomes available again.

Hello Retail automatically tracks individual product interest and monitors stock status for all products. When an item changes from out of stock to in stock, the trigger can send an email to the interested customer.

Post Conversion

The Post conversion trigger sends follow-up emails with related product recommendations based on past purchases.

You can configure the trigger to send upsell notifications at specific intervals, for example one week and one month after a purchase. Ensure your order data is sent to Hello Retail so recommendations can be generated.
