Auto sync of MarketingPlatform permissions

Here's a simple guide taking you through the process of automatically synchronising the permissions from your MarketingPlatform account:

1. The first thing you have to do is to get API access to your MarketingPlatform account. You can create an API-key and token by logging into your MarketingPlatform account. After creating the credentials you need to contact the support staff at MarketingPlatform and ask them to make the API-key a "trusted token". We can only use the token if it has been marked as a trusted token. You can contact MarketingPlatform suport at support@marketingplatform.com
   Remember to tell them that it is to be used for Hello Retail, as we need a unique access token.
    
2. Once you have API access (API username and access token), navigate to Data Setup > Permissions, then click the Set up automatic permission synchronisation button: 
       
3. Now you should be on a page with a few inputs fields - as your next step you will have to:
   1. Select MarketingPlatform in the Type drop-down
   2. Paste your API username and access token in their respective fields.
   3. The list field will start to load a drop-down list of your mailing/contact lists from your MarketingPlatform account - once this is loaded, please select the list that you want to synchronise with.
   4. Press the save button
        5. Now you are done, and your MarketingPlatform permissions (from your specified list) will automatically be synchronised daily.
