Auto Sync of Get A Newsletter permissions

Here's a simple guide taking you through the process of automatically synchronising the permissions from your Get A Newsletter account to Hello Retail.

Step 1: First thing you have to do, is to find or generate an API token in your Get A Newsletter account. Please follow the guide to do so:

Log in to your Get A Newsletter account and navigate to: Contacts > API & Forms.

Inside API & Forms go to the section API tokens and click "Add token".

Now insert the name "Hello Retail API" and a description of your choice, and press "Save".

Copy the API token, so you can enter it into your Hello Retail account later. Afterwards, press "Save".

Step 2: Once you have your Get A Newsletter API token, simply navigate to Data Setup > Permissions, then click the Set up automatic permission synchronisation button within your Hello Retail Account:  

Step 3: As the next step, you'll have to:

1. select Get A Newsletter in the Type drop-down;
2. paste your Get A Newsletter API token into the API token field;
3. and, finally, select the list from your Get A Newsletter account you would like to sync in the List drop-down:   Remember to click Save.

Step 4: Now you are done, and moving forward your Get A Newsletter list permissions will automatically be synchronised on a daily basis.
