Auto Sync of Brevo (formerly SendinBlue) permissions

Here's a simple guide, taking you through the process of automatically synchronising the permissions from your Brevo account to Hello Retail.

Step 1: First thing you have to do, is to find or generate an API token in your Brevo account. Please follow the guide to do so:

Log in to your Brevo account and navigate to: Account (Username, Top Right Corner) > SMTP & API.

Inside SMTP & API, click "GENERATE A NEW API KEY" in the top right corner.

Insert the name of the API Key to be "Hello Retail API" and make sure Version 3.0 is checked above and press "GENERATE". 

Now copy the API Key you just generated with the name "Hello Retail API", so you can enter it into your Hello Retail account later. 

 

Step 2: Once you have your Brevo API Key, simply navigate to Triggered Emails > Permissions, then click the Set up automatic permission synchronisation button within your Hello Retail Account: 

  

Step 3: As the next step, you'll have to:

1. select SendinBlue (this name is the previous name for Brevo) in the Type drop-down
2. paste your Brevo API Key into the API Key field.
3. and finally, select the list from your SendinBlue account you would like to sync in the List drop-down:

Remember to click Save.

Step 4: Now you are done, and moving forward your SendinBlue list permissions will automatically be synchronised on a daily basis.
