How To Add/Remove Global Brand Filters For Recommendations
From this guide, you will know how to add brands to and remove them from the global filters for your Recommendations.
To do that, perform the following steps:
- On your Dashboard, navigate to the Recommendations and click on Overview;
- Click on the Recommendations you wish to add a Global Brands Filter for;This picture shows steps 1 and 2 of the Dashboard Overview, where a user has navigated over to the left menu bar under the ON-SITE subject to access the Recommendations view.
On that page, scroll down to Recommendation Strategy and unfold the topic box by clicking on it;
Click on the Add filter button. In this case, choose "brand" in the first input field from the drop-down menu, select the option in the second drop-down menu and select the brand needed in the third one. If you need to add some more brands to your filters, click on the Add filter again and perform the steps above selecting the brand you need;

To remove a brand from your global filters, you need to perform the same steps as you did for adding them. The only difference is that you should specify "does not match" in the second input field of the Recommendation Strategy section.
Once the filter is created, click on Save and publish to activate the filter you have just added.
