To allow Hello Retail to send emails to customers on your behalf, it's important to synchronise your email marketing permissions.
Important! We recommend you synchronise your permissions frequently to ensure they are up-to-date – for you to get the most value out of the Triggered email services.
Here's a step by step guide on how to synchronise your permissions:
- As the first step, you'll have to log in to your Newsletter or Email marketing provider (e.g. MailChimp, etc.) to download a CSV-file, with a list of all the email addresses in your permission list.
- Once you have the CSV-file ready with the list of email permissions, simply navigate to Data Setup > Permissions and click on "Choose file". Select your CSV-file from disk.
- Wait for the import to complete.
- Once the import has completed, you can see the status of the synchronised email permissions.
It's important your CSV-file only contain a list of valid emails, with one email per line/row. No header row required.
