Price Drop Design - Triggered Emails
In this guide, we will go through the design for price drop triggered email. You should already have made a base design - see how here. If you have already made a base design, you are good to go.
Navigate to Triggered Emails > Designs and press New default price drop design.
Input a name for the design and pick the base design, you want to use. You might only have a single base design.
Now you can fill out all the text boxes. You probably have some unique form of communication on your site, so here you can customize the content of the email to mimic that.
The price drop email also includes related products, related to the products on sale. Write a few sentences about those too.
If your shop system has vouchers, you can include them in the email. If you do, insert the voucher and write a few lines about it.
Save the changes, when you are happy with the price drop content. You can also edit the code, if you wish to make more advanced customizations. You can always revert to the default if something goes wrong by pressing Reset layout at the top.
You can check the finished result by sending a test email.
