Post Conversion Design - Triggered Emails
In this guide, you can read and learn about the design for post conversion trigger emails. You should already have made a base design - You can see how to do it here. When the base design have been completed then proceed with this guide.
Create new default post conversion design
- Start by logging into your Hello Retail account. On the dashboard view, navigate to the left-hand side menu. Under the Email section, click on Triggered Emails to unfold the drop-down menu.
- Next, from the drop-down menu, click on Designs.
- Click on the New default post conversion design button.
Name and base design
Input a name for the design and pick the base design that you want to use. You might only have a single base design.
You can fill out all the text boxes. If you have some unique form of communication on your site, you can easily customize the content of the email to mimic that to streamline your communication style.
If your shop system has vouchers, you can include them in the email. If you do, insert the voucher and write a few lines about it.
Finalizing the setup
You can save the changes when you are happy with the price drop content. You can also edit the code if you wish to make more advanced customizations. You can always revert to the default if something goes wrong by pressing Reset layout at the top.
You can check the finished result by sending a test email.
