What is Hello Retail?

Hello Retail is a service which custom-builds personalization tools for the eCommerce business. Hello Retail has a range of products which can be used alone or in combination to personalize the entire user journey. This includes product Recommendations, personalized Newsletter Content, Search engine, Triggered Emails with notifications like price drop or abandoned cart, Pages.

These products increase the sales performance of your store, differentiate your brand and create a closer connection with your customers.

How does Hello Retail work?

When allowed to, Hello Retail collects and analyzes the data that visitors leave behind on your site during a visit. Hello Retail then uses this information to build individual affinity profiles of the users who visit your webshop. These profiles are used to show content, matching consumers' previous behavior – which means that everyone who is visiting your webshop will experience it in a unique way through a hyper-personalized experience.

How much does it cost?

Because we custom build all of our products, the price depends on a number of factors. In order to get an estimate, you’ll need to get in touch with one of our sales representatives.  They will assist you with identifying the right solution for your business needs, and offer you a competitive price.

Is it easy to install?

Yes! It’s easy to install Hello Retail on your store's website. All you need to do is add a small snippet of JavaScript.

Do I need to have a lot of technical knowledge to use it?

No, and that’s what makes us different. We have a dedicated onboarding specialists team who are here to help and guide you through the installation process, maintenance and any difficulties which might occur along the way. We’ll never charge you extra for receiving support.

All you have to decide is how you want the products to work and look on your webshop. We’ll do the coding and make sure it’s functioning as expected, according to best practices or additional preferences you might have.

On the other hand, if you do have a lot of technical knowledge or a developer in your team who can do the work for you – that’s also an option. We’ve built our products in an easy to use and integrate way.

I don’t like other companies adding scripts to my website. How safe is it to use Hello Retail?

Very safe. We’ll never use the data we collect to do anything other than what you ask of us. We have a long list of happy customers who trust us – and we don’t want to risk losing that by handling data in an unsafe way.
